The Alfadrain Siphoned Drain is designed and manufactured for the drainage and collection or conveyance of rainwater and non-rainwater in gardens, terraces, outdoor areas and spaces around swimming pools. The siphoned drain, made of impact-resistant polypropylene, is resistant to chemicals and ensures high reliability and durability and is available in three different sizes with vertical outlet from 32 to 110.
The PP grid at the top prevents foreign bodies from entering the manhole: it is easily removable for inspection or cleaning and its concave shape ensures a perfect seal. The siphon integrated inside prevents odours from escaping.

The use of polypropylene guarantees:
- exceptional heat stability, the materials used must withstand temporary contact with waste water in a temperature range of 20 to 95 °C;
- excellent resistance to the aggression of greasy liquids and chemicals;
- optimal protection against fouling thanks to the smooth walls, with ‘self-cleaning effect’;
- optimisation of laying procedures and time.
Alfa DRAIN siphoned drains are manufactured in accordance with UNI EN 1253: a standard that defines the physical requirements for building sumps, and regulates, in particular, the | physical characteristics in terms of water column height for siphons, loading capacity, drainage capacity, temperature resistance and tightness.
