Ball valve RAPID Union

Alfaidro Ball valve (RAPID Union), used to shut off the flow in sanitary and industrial systems, is made of random polypropylene in an opaque colour that prevents the entry of light and hinders microbiological growth in the transported water, making it ideal for transporting drinking water. PP-R 100 boasts high heat resistance and excellent chemical resistance. Its jointed closure system makes it ideal in all those installations that require periodic checks or where valves are subject to continuous monitoring, allowing the maintainer to make considerable savings in installation and maintenance time.

The RAPID Union ball valve has a brass pin, chrome-plated brass ball and PTFE seals. It is connected to the circuit by means of the two PPR socket welding collars (ø 20 to ø 125) and butt welding in diameter 160: the collars welded to the pipeline are connected to the valve body by means of the two robust PAGF joints with bolts. Equipped with an ergonomic PAGF handle, it can be used in all water distribution systems in civil and industrial installations.
